Can damaged engineered flooring be repaired?

Yes, to address flooding damage, we offer a variety of repair solutions tailored to the specific issue: Colour-blend fillers are perfect for minor chips, seamlessly blending into the floor’s existing hue. A touch-up kit is available for scratches, designed to conceal such imperfections easily. In the case of more significant damage, board replacement is an effective option. Additionally, sanding and refinishing can rejuvenate and restore the appearance of flooring that is worn or has deep scratches.

Can I install the flooring in the underfloor heating room?

The typical engineered flooring options are not suitable for rooms with underfloor heating. It is advisable to select flooring specifically labeled as compatible with underfloor heating. These specially prepared options are designed to withstand the unique conditions of heated floors.

Is Engineered hardwood flooring environmentally friendly?

Yes, Engineered wood flooring is indeed safe for use. Our products comply with the E1 standards, which ensure that they emit very low levels of formaldehyde, significantly below the threshold that poses health risks. The E1 certification is a European standard that sets strict limits on the emission of formaldehyde from wood-based materials, indicating that our flooring is manufactured with a strong commitment to environmental health and safety. What does the warranty cover?

The warranty provided covers defects in the product that originate from the manufacturing process, as determined by us. The applicability of this warranty is contingent upon the product’s type and its intended use.

How long does the warranty cover?

The warranty program offers lifetime coverage for the structure of the product.

What is excluded from this limited warranty?

The warranty we provide does not cover the natural characteristics of wood, such as variations in grain, color, and the presence of mineral lines. Additionally, damages resulting from improper installation, use, maintenance, or moisture damage are also excluded from the warranty coverage.

How do I file a warranty claim?

Please fill out the warranty form and contact us. One of our specialists will assess the damage and guide you through the quality assurance process to resolve the issue.

0.3 PAYMENT & DELIVER

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via Letter of Credit (L/C) or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). For L/C payments, the Letter of Credit should be irrevocable and payable at sight. In the case of T/T payments, a 70% down payment is required according to the proforma invoice we issue. The balance payment should be made after you receive copies of the Bill of Lading stamped “shipped on board,” along with the Invoice and Packing List, via email.

How long does the delivery take?

The production time is approximately 45 days, but it can be adjusted according to customer needs.
